Since November 10, severe snowstorms have impacted Chicago and nearby regions in the United States, resulting in reduced local transportation capacity. As a result, final-mile deliveries may experience a delay of 1–3 business days.
The affected scope includes all final-mile delivery services provided by our company in the United States, all U.S. warehouse locations operated by our company, and all shipments destined for or transiting through the state of Illinois.

As adverse weather conditions fall under force majeure, service providers typically do not indicate an estimated recovery time and will not issue additional notices once conditions improve. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide timely updates when new information becomes available.
