We have observed delays in the processing of some orders by Germany’s DHL-Warenpost, resulting in an overall delay of at least 1 to 2 business days. We are actively investigating this issue and will inform you as soon as there are any developments.

If you have urgent orders that need to be processed, we recommend that you assess the handling time settings on the platform and consider switching to other last-mile delivery options. Starting from March 31 (i.e., the system’s outbound time), products from the DEBR and DEBR2 warehouses using DE Post-Warenpost are affected. We suggest considering DE DHL-Domestic Paket or DE DPD-Domestic Parcel as alternative products.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide timely updates as necessary.
