Dear Jana,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your order and the extra customs charges. The delay was caused by procedures at the Netherlands customs, which are unfortunately beyond our control. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we truly appreciate your patience throughout this process.

The $160 additional customs fee from the first package has been fully reimbursed, and a replacement package was arranged and has been successfully delivered to you. We deeply regret the initial communication issues and any lack of timely updates, and we are taking steps to ensure smoother service in the future.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly.

Best regards,

The Customer Service Team
